India is in our DNA
Our founders Rob and Paul spent many of their formative years travelling around the world with their family and they fell in love with India. After tragically losing their parents in the 2004 tsunami, the brothers launched Gandys, dedicated to supporting child education projects around the world.

Our new Kolkata workshop is a key part of our ongoing commitment to ensure ethical and sustainable practices in everything we do. Building close relationships with artisans enables us to produce smaller quantities, which means that each piece is crafted with utmost care and craftsmanship, and it reduces waste too.
