1. How do I return my order?

    • Free returns are available for all UK orders. Please use the link below to log your return on our portal and download your free-returns label.

    For International orders placed after 2nd August 2023, please head over to this portal and follow the on-page instructions. You'll need your order number starting with # and email address to complete this.

     

    Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non refundable.

    Why is there no return form included in my package? 


    • Gandys has gone paperless - well almost! Our returns process is mostly online, if you have questions about how to return your item(s) to us, please refer to ‘How to return my item’.


      Where do I send my item to?

      • Please follow the instructions in ‘How do I return my order?’ The label provided contains the correct address for your return.

       

      Can I exchange my item?

      • Yes, all items can be exchanged for another size or a different item. Please note that they need to be returned within our 30 days return window and in an unworn and unwashed, resellable condition.

  • We offer one free pre-paid returned postage label per UK order. If you choose to return your items separately, or more than once, any additional postage will need to be covered by you.

3. How do I return a faulty item?

How do I return a faulty item within the 28 days return period?

 

  • If the item you received is faulty, or if you have received an incorrect item to which you ordered, please contact our Customer Care team via email (hello@gandyslondon.com), phone (+44 20 8545 2675) or via our online chat on our website. A member of our team will point you in the right direction and send across all of the information that you need.

 

 

How do I return a faulty item within the 6 month warranty period but outside of the 28 days return window?

 

  • If the item you received is faulty please contact our Customer Care team via email (hello@gandyslondon.com), phone (+44 20 8545 2675) or via our online chat on our website. A member of our team will point you in the right direction and send across all of the information that you need.
  • Please mark the return reason as faulty for faulty items and not as described for items that were not correct as per your order.



Can I return a faulty item outside of the 6 month warranty period?

 

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any items which fall outside of our 6 months, from the date of purchase, warranty.

 

 

Our Customer Care team is happy to receive feedback from you to pass over to our Product team, so we can improve our items for future designs, but will be unable to action a return for you.

4. Can I track my return?

  • All returns can be tracked using the tracking number on your receipt from the post office.

  • Once your order has been received in our warehouse, you will receive an email notification to let you know that we have received your parcel. Once we have processed your exchange / refund, we will drop you an email to let you know that we have processed your return.

5. Do you offer a repair service?

If your product has resulted in a material defect within the warranty period of 6 months since the date of purchase, then Gandys will cover the cost of repair by a local tailor of your choice up to the sum of £15, upon receiving an image of the receipt of this paid cost. Reimbursement by Gandys will only be paid after the repair has taken place and an image of the product fault is received showing the fault and repair of the item as well as the receipt for repair. Gandys must be notified of the fault to make an assessment and give instruction on the best resolution. If the item is deemed irreparable, then Gandys will arrange for either a replacement or a credit note to be issued.

6. Return Policy

    • Items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the item has not been washed or worn and is in resellable condition. Free-returns are available for all UK orders. To see how to return your order, follow ‘How do I return my order’.
