Our Partners
We believe in the power of partnerships and people. The factories we work with are dedicated to supporting small batch production and align with our ethos. Our partners are an integral part of our team, and we’ve made it a priority to build strong, long-term relationships with all of our global suppliers.
Our Fabrics
We understand that simply continuing our previous efforts isn’t enough. Our product team is always on the lookout for innovative materials, and whenever possible, we prioritise using lower-impact options like organic cotton and recycled nylon. Below are some of the materials we’re currently incorporating into our collections.
BCI Cotton refers to cotton produced under the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), a global non-profit organization that aims to make cotton production more sustainable. BCI promotes better farming practices to reduce the environmental impact of cotton farming and improve the livelihoods of farmers.
Waxed Organic Cotton is a fabric made from organic cotton that has been coated with a layer of wax to enhance its water resistance and durability. This combination of sustainability and functionality makes it popular in outdoor and weather-resistant clothing, as well as accessories like bags and jackets.
Recycled Nylon is a sustainable alternative to conventional nylon, made from repurposed materials such as discarded fishing nets, fabric scraps, industrial plastic waste, and used nylon garments. The process of recycling nylon reduces the environmental footprint of producing new nylon, which is derived from petrochemicals and has significant environmental costs.
Recycled Polyester (often referred to as rPET) is a sustainable fabric made from repurposed plastic materials, such as used PET bottles, discarded polyester textiles, and other plastic waste. By reusing these materials, recycled polyester reduces the need for virgin petroleum-based polyester and helps address environmental concerns related to plastic waste.
